SureProgram customers can choose from three levels of service:

• SureStart: Expert preparation and guidance through one mailing and review
• SureCare: Expert preparation and guidance through two mailings, with monthly and a 90-day analysis
• SureComplete: Expert preparation and guidance through three mailings, with monthly and quarterly reviews and guidance for one year
