If you're traveling from out of town or need overnight accommodations, Silverpop has a block of rooms set aside for the nights of May 16-19 at the InterContinental Buckhead at a discounted rate of $189/night. This rate includes free high-speed Internet in all guest rooms and discounted parking (see below).

If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so by 6 p.m. on the day before your scheduled check-in, or your credit card will be billed for your first night's stay plus tax. To cancel, call Reservations at 404-946-9191 or toll free at 877-422-8254.

The Intercontinental Buckhead is sold out.

A limited number of rooms are available at the Embassy Suites Buckhead (located next door to the Intercontinental) at a reduced rate of $129/night. This rate does not include complimentary high speed internet connection. To make your reservation, call: 1-800-362-279 and provide them with the code is SILV.

Transportation

Transportation to and from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
The distance from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to the InterContinental Buckhead is 17 miles (27.36 KM) and will take about 20 to 30 minutes travel time. There are several options for transportation to the hotel including:

• Shuttle (approximately $20 one way)
• Taxi (approximately $41 one way)
• Train/MARTA, Buckhead stop on North Springs Line ($2 one way)
  Hotel is located 1 block southwest from the station

Complimentary shuttle to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
Silverpop will be providing a complimentary shuttle back to the airport at the close of the conference. This shuttle will depart the hotel at approximately 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 19. If you would like to use this shuttle, there is an option to reserve a seat when you register. Note: There is a $50 no-show fee if you reserve a seat and do not show up before the time of departure. Once you've registered, you can log back in and change your shuttle reservation at any time or email your changes to clientsummit@silverpop.com.

Parking

Clients choosing to drive to the Silverpop Client Summit may receive discounted parking rates at the InterContinental Hotel Buckhead. To obtain the discounted daily self-parking rate, you will need to have your parking validated. If you are staying at the InterContinental Buckhead under the Silverpop Client Summit event block, you will automatically receive the discounted overnight parking rate. If you did not book your reservation under the hotel block, please contact the hotel to have your reservation updated.
