Salesforce Custom Object Sync allows marketers to extend the power of the standard Silverpop for integration by providing unlimited custom object integration with Silverpop Engage. The custom object data synced with Engage allows you to better segment, target, and personalize rules and content to ensure the most relevant communications with your customers and prospects. Sync schedules can be configured to meet your organization's specific business needs. Examples of custom objects that can be synced include:

  • Custom and standard objects associated with opportunity data - allows you to target (or avoid targeting) contacts with opportunities at specific stages, for specific products of services with slective mailings, programs or dynamic content
  • Custom and standard objects associated with campaign data - allowing your organization to effectively leverage campaigns and campaign members to offer insight into campaign participation and to target, segment and automate programs to members
  • Utilize any existing custom object that your organization uses for business purposes. Access and use the data within Engage to better segment and target your communications, hold more personal and effective dialogs with your prospects and customers and set up automated programs and dynamic content rules that integrate with the data important for your specific business requirements
