Marketers Use Silverpop Engage to Dynamically Deliver Content After the Send

Real Time Content Feature Creates More Individualized Customer Experience

ATLANTA, September 2, 2009-The magic of email keeps getting more amazing every day. The latest release of the Silverpop EngageTM platform includes Real Time Content-a feature that is currently made possible through Silverpop's strategic partnerships with leading online business optimization software provider Omniture and content providers Baynote, Certona and 8Seconds. By leveraging these strategic partnerships, marketers can easily integrate personalized product recommendations and other optimized content into email messages based on the recipient's recent Web site activity, purchase history or other attributes, transforming the quality and relevance of the interaction. Additionally, marketers can leverage multivariate testing capabilities in their promotional and transactional messaging, monitoring performance in real time and automatically optimizing content through partners such as Omniture and 8Seconds.

In keeping with Silverpop's commitment to developing innovative features that are easy to use, Real Time Content, which will be a standard offering for Silverpop Engage customers, does not require specific technical expertise or complex integration and additional partners can be added quickly as future needs arise.

Stamps.com, a leading provider of postage online and shipping software solutions, will be among the first to test the feature through an integration with Omniture Test&Target. The integration between Silverpop and Omniture Test&Target will happen through Omniture Genesis, a marketing platform that integrates complementary third-party applications with Omniture products, giving customers the ability to measure and optimize across their online marketing channels.
