Although HTML emails offer numerous advantages versus plain text emails, it’s nonetheless important to send both HTML and text emails. While the vast majority of recipients will view the HTML version, you still want to ensure a pleasant viewing experience for the small percentage of your list that can’t view HTML emails. And the ease with which you can create a text version of your email makes doing so a no-brainer.
