Recruiting talent @ the Pop is a responsibility that we take very seriously. Our internal recruiting team is hard at work recruiting candidates daily for our team that is growing each and every day.
We rarely have a need to engage with our staffing partners to fill open positions; however, if the need arises from time to time we do have an RFP process that leads to us annually developing a formalized partner list. This list is reviewed and evaluated annually to understand how our partnerships are performing and to realign as necessary.
Headhunters and recruitment agencies may not submit resumes/CVs through this Web site unless authorized to do so by the Silverpop Recruiting team. Silverpop does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes and resumes should never be submitted directly to our hiring managers. Silverpop will not pay fees to any third-party agency or company that does not have an authorized, signed agreement with the Company.
At this time, our Global Staffing Partner Selection Process for 2012 has been completed. We will begin accepting RFPs for 2013 beginning in September 2012.
