The Company

SmartPak Equine is an online provider of horse supplies and equine supplements. Founded in 1999 and based in Massachusetts, SmartPak is finding a better way to administer supplements to horses, which led to a quest for discovering innovative, smarter products. One of the company’s signature products is its SmartPaks, single-dose vitamin and supplement packs for horses.

The Challenge

Given its small email team, SmartPak realized it needed to utilize Engage to its maximum potential to help take its marketing programs to the next level. This meant integrating automation and behavior into its email programs in order to free the team to focus more on strategy and make the most of its limited resources.
