Scott Voigt – Vice President of Marketing

Scott Voigt As the leader of Silverpop’s emerging technologies portfolio, Voigt is on the cutting edge of creating new and innovative ways to incorporate the various elements comprising Web 2.0 into marketing campaigns in order to maximize ROI and lifetime customer value. He leverages his experience applying technological breakthroughs to marketers’ demands of delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time. He guides Silverpop and its client base in the implementation of products that integrate Web analytics, targeted email marketing, new RSS technologies and other advanced solutions to maximize online relationships.

Prior to Silverpop, Voigt served as COO at Innuvo LLC, a developer of Web 2.0 development tools. He also was a member of Noro-Moseley Partners, the Southeast’s oldest and largest venture capital firm, where he evaluated investment opportunities and helped portfolio companies define their strategic product direction. Voigt has also served sales and strategic marketing roles at nFront, a pioneer of Internet banking solutions.


Loren McDonald – Vice President of Industry Relations

Loren McDonald McDonald has 24 years of experience in marketing, consulting and strategic planning. Before joining Silverpop in 2008, he was vice president of corporate communications at Lyris, Inc., and had served as vice president of marketing at EmailLabs. McDonald was founder and president of Intevation, an e-marketing services firm specializing in email and search engine marketing services. He has held executive marketing positions at companies including USWeb/CKS, NetStruxr and Arthur Andersen.

McDonald is a columnist for Media Post Email Insider and a former ClickZ Email Delivery columnist. He is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences and events and is often quoted in the press. In 2005, he was selected Marketing Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards (the Stevie’s). An industry newsletter he launched in 2003 has won seven awards including Best B2B e-newsletter from MarketingSherpa and the ClickZ Marketing Excellence Award.


Chris L. Arrendale – Deliverability & Provisioning Manager / ISP Relations Specialist

Chris ArrendaleChris Arrendale has more than 10 years of experience in the technology and software industry and has worked directly with ISPs, Webmail providers, spam filter providers, blacklists and Silverpop partners to resolve client issues. Arrendale joined Silverpop in 2008 and now manages the deliverability and provisioning team, making sure new clients are aware of the ever-changing deliverability landscape and helping build and manage ISP relations for the world’s only provider of both email marketing and marketing automation solutions specifically tailored to the unique needs of B2C and B2B marketers.

Arrendale graduated with his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and his Master of Science from Southern Polytechnic University. Prior to joining Silverpop, he worked as a law office software consultant on projects all over the United States and Canada.


Robert J. Consoli - Director, Deliverability & Provisioning Services

Robert ConsoliRobert Consoli has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He helps resolve deliverability issues by working closely with Silverpop clients to improve their practices and dealing directly with ISPs and inbox providers, ensuring clients have the highest deliverability rates in the industry.

He also manages the process that supports new clients, helping them quickly achieve mastery of Silverpop’s powerful engagement marketing solutions.



Kristin Agnelli – Field Marketing Manager

Kristin AgnelliKristin Agnelli is an experienced marketing and sales professional who is familiar with the B2B and B2C segments. As a Field Marketing Specialist at Silverpop, she leads efforts to build awareness of Silverpop and the consumer marketing solutions offered by the company.

Agnelli has been with Silverpop since December of 2008 and previously served in a business development role before being promoted to field marketing. Prior to Silverpop, she handled advertising and promotions for a southeastern-based Caterpillar equipment dealership. She is passionate about how B2B and B2C marketers can learn from each other in order to be more successful.
