Almost 10 months ago, back when Jon Huntsman and Rick Perry where still vying for the Republican nomination, Silverpop began tracking and analyzing the candidates’ email usage, with the results appearing in my “GOP Throwdown” series. Once Mitt Romney sewed up the nomination, we began comparing the Republican nominee’s email tactics with Democratic incumbent Barack Obama.
Our findings have landed everywhere from Mashable to Conan O’Brien’s late-night TV show. With the election less than a week away, here’s one final look at the candidates’ email usage, an illustrated comparison at how Romney and Obama have been using email since the conventions back in August.
