Andrew,

Apologies on my response - I had assumed you were using our Engage (B2C) solution - didn't realize you were using Engage B2B. It is possible with Engage, but apparently not with Engage B2B.

Thanks for the reply! Following up, today I was told by my relationship manager that having the "View Web Version" link anywhere but at the top cannot be done in SilverPop Engage B2B.

Unrelated, but we sent out our first Emaill today--we're all very excited for the future!

Andrew,

Actually the default setting for the "View Web Version" link is as you say, but you can locate it anywhere you want in the email and include pre-header text. Your relationship manager can walk you through how to do it.

Thanks,

Loren

Hi LM--
Correct me if I am wrong, but when you use SilverPop's 'View Online Link' option in your emails you cannot use pre-header text. Pardon my ignorance, but we're a fairly new client of yours. Anyways, the code you guys append to the email always precedes the HTML coded. I recently requested an enhancement for a token (Similar to unsub) that could be hard coded in the HTML to customize this View Online Link. Care to help me lobby for the change?

BTW, Thanks for the RT last night!
