I am pleased to share that Silverpop’s VP of Product Strategy, Bryan Brown, has been named to Direct Marketing News’ 40 Under 40!
Out of more than 200 submissions, Bryan stands out as an accomplished marketer who has left a mark not only on our organization, but on the industry as a whole. You have probably read several of his blogs, or seen him present at an industry event, Silverpop’s Digital Marketing University or our Amplify customer conference.
Among his many other accomplishments, Bryan’s contribution to digital marketing has been through developing a tool that enables marketers to send one-to-one communications to their customers and prospects at scale – treating audiences of thousands like an audience of one. Today’s customer expects personalized interactions on their preferred channel and when they are most likely to make a purchase, and with the strategy that Bryan has driven with Silverpop’s product, marketers are able to achieve just this.
Bryan was specifically recognized for the following:
- Developing the original automation technology that enabled marketers to do amazing things without IT as a co-founder of Vtrenz in 2002
- The mastermind behind the first scoring model that included both implicit and explicit customer and prospect preferences – a feature that is now standard in all digital marketing technology
- Spearheading the efforts to unite the Vtrenz and Silverpop platforms (after Silverpop’s acquisition of Vtrenz in 2007), bringing together traditional B2B marketing automation and powerful email capabilities to make behavioral marketing automation a reality
- The driver behind one of the most robust marketing platforms available today – a platform that performs around 50 billion behavioral interactions per year and is used by more than 5,000 brands and 25,000 marketers worldwide
We are so lucky to call Bryan our own! Please join me in congratulating him and all of the other recipients of this year’s 40 Under 40 Awards! To learn more about this year’s winners, click here.
