I’m pleased to announce that CRM Magazine has recognized Silverpop as a leader in Marketing Solutions in its newly released CRM Market Awards. Named “One to Watch” in last year’s report, an impressive customer satisfaction score of 4.1 helped move Silverpop to the leaderboard this year. It was also highlighted that Silverpop will add a key price point and ease-of-use design point for IBM customers.
Judges rated each vendor based on company direction, depth of product functionality, customer satisfaction and cost.
