Karen is part of the Product Marketing team focused on IBM Tealeaf Customer Experience Management solutions within IBM's Enterprise Marketing Management portfolio. In this team, she is responsible for driving product marketing strategy, sales enablement, market analysis, competitive intelligence and thought leadership. She joined IBM through the acquisition of Tealeaf and brings experience and expertise in areas including customer experience, customer service, market analysis and competitive intelligence. Prior to IBM, Karen attended U.C. Berkeley and holds a B.S. in Economics.
