McCormick will focus on the continued growth of new and existing U.S. sales for the company, which recently announced a 40 percent increase in closed new business as compared to the first half of 2011.
With nearly 15 years of experience, McCormick is well positioned to further Silverpop's impressive momentum. Most recently he served as vice president of sales for PGi and previously spent 11 years at Careerbuilder.com, where he led the company's most successful business unit and the top strategic account team in the industry. A recognized Sales 2.0 thought leader, McCormick speaks at several events each year, teaching sales and marketing leaders how to differentiate their companies to drive more revenue.

McCormick received his MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School after earning his bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Alabama.
