Implementation of this process highlights Silverpop's ongoing commitment to data security.
Silverpop customers who elect to use secondary authentication will have to provide two independent means of evidence to verify their identity before accessing Engage. By combining their current password with a separate authentication code, customers add an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access to their user accounts and important database records.
