Silverpop Launches Holiday Sweepstakes Facebook Campaign

Campaign Offers Marketers the Chance to Win Prizes While Silverpop Will Make Donations on their Behalf to charity: water

ATLANTA, November 22, 2011 - SilverpopTM, the only provider of a scalable, integrated email marketing and marketing automation platform, today announced the launch of a Facebook marketing innovations sweepstakes campaign. The campaign offers marketers the chance to win prizes while Silverpop will make donations on their behalf to charity: water, a non-profit organization bringing clean, safe drinking water to developing nations. The sweepstakes will begin on November 21, 2011 and run through January 2012.

The campaign is geared toward marketers and will run exclusively on Silverpop's Facebook page.  There will be themed sweepstakes and for each new fan, the company will donate $1 to charity: water, with a maximum of $5,000-the average cost of a water project that will provide clean water to an entire community-over the course of the entire promotion. One lucky participant will be randomly selected at the end of each week to receive a $100 American Express gift card. Additionally, one winner will be selected at the close of each campaign to receive a new MacBook Air.
