Thai Airways International Australia Ramps Up Engagement Marketing Program With Silverpop

Silverpop selected due to its ability to support multi-channel communications

THAI looked at a number of email marketing solutions, but settled on Silverpop due to its ability to support multi-channel communications including email, surveys, landing pages and SMS. The company will use Silverpop to communicate directly with its Australian leisure and business travellers.

From Perth, THAI has daily flights to Bangkok, including three via Phuket, Southern Thailand's international gateway to the Andaman coast resort areas. With connections in Bangkok to over 70 destinations worldwide including 13 major cities in Europe and the UK and over 40 cities in Asia and 13 domestic destinations in Thailand, THAI extends its reach across 4 continents.
