Jim McCormick has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Jeff Newlin has been named senior vice president, global sales and client services.

"The board made it clear that these promotions reflect their admiration of the contributions Jim and Jeff have made to the consistently solid growth and successes Silverpop has experienced over the last several years," said Silverpop CEO Bill Nussey.
