| Silverpop Ranks Highest among Email Service Providers in Overall Business Value ATLANTA, August 23, 2004 -- Silverpop, a leading provider of comprehensive permission-based e-mail marketing technology and services, was ranked highest in overall business value among the email vendors profiled in a report released today by JupiterResearch. In addition to its top business value rating, Silverpop was selected as having the richest set of standard features in the marketplace. JupiterResearch's report, titled "Email Marketing Buyers Guide," is the result of an in-depth evaluation process covering 28 vendors in the email service provider industry. The report evaluated everything from market stability and revenue growth to services, features, ease of use and integration. JupiterResearch's evaluation also included detailed interviews with clients of each vendor. "Silverpop achieved the highest overall business value score," said David Daniels, Research Director, JupiterResearch. "Fully 97 percent of the 35 application features Jupiter Research evaluated are included in Silverpop's standard offering - the most of any ESP evaluated. Silverpop also received high marks for its intuitive user interface." This is the second year in a row that Silverpop has been recognized in the annual JupiterResearch survey. "As one of the younger companies in our industry, Silverpop has made great progress in a short period of time," said Bill Nussey, CEO of Silverpop. "JupiterResearch's recognition is a wonderful testament to the countless contributions of our clients and employees over the last few years. We believe the marketplace is still at its earliest stages and we could not be more excited about the future of online marketing." About Silverpop Full HTML Version |
