| Origin Data Selects Silverpop Transact Email to Support Customer Acquisition ATLANTA, January 19, 2007 -- Interactive marketing services company Origin Data has selected Silverpop’s new Transact email product to power automated response email messaging for clients’ customer acquisition programs. An integral part of a strong customer acquisition program is the ability to quickly and efficiently initiate dialog with a prospect on behalf of a marketer. Origin Data had previously used an internal email system to send automated response messages validating opt-ins. However, as message volumes grew from half-a-million to several million a month, the company found it needed a more comprehensive, scalable email response system. It selected Silverpop’s new Transact email product to support Origin Data’s Gen3 customer acquisition data management system. Silverpop Transact allows messages to be created in real time and personalized based on a company’s unique business rules. Messages can be sent immediately or batched for bulk processing at scheduled times. It allows marketers to easily generate rich HTML messages, incorporate essential branding elements and promotional offers, and allows senders to track opens and clicks. "Successful online lead generation relies on real-time dialog between marketers and their prospects,” said Matthew C. McFee, Origin Data CEO. “Effective delivery of this dialog contributes largely to a program’s success. By utilizing Silverpop’s new transactional email product, we can deliver this dialog on behalf of marketers more efficiently and reliably than was previously possible.” "The ability to promptly reply to customer and prospect actions is a key to developing solid online relationships,” said Silverpop CEO Bill Nussey. “Silverpop’s Transact email solution goes beyond traditional high-volume email marketing by allowing marketers to deliver highly personalized, one-to-one messages within seconds of user action. Such automated yet targeted response helps ensure messages reach recipients when they’re not only expecting them but most likely to respond.” About Silverpop Full HTML Version |
