Agency leverages Silverpop expertise to jump start creation of dozens of behaviorally-driven automated programs

We really enjoyed the opportunity to work with a Silverpop product advisor. She bridged the gap between our vision and how to execute it within Engage by providing advice on best practices along with practical advice on our program. It helped give us the head start that enabled us to build out more than 20 programs over a few months.

The Company

ApexHub is a digital marketing agency committed to making businesses social. Their primary focus is in social media management and creating engagement for clients through quality content. Founded by Marita and Brendon Macdonald, ApexHub has quickly grown in the UK to become one of the most respected and recognized names in digital dental marketing. They also offer online learning platforms, application development, Facebook Pay Per Click Advertising and ezine publication. More recently, ApexHub expanded into using dynamic, behavior- based email marketing for their clients.

The Challenge

Apex Hub sought to create something completely new in the dental marketing world. As part of that goal, it wanted to make behavior-driven email marketing an integral part of building positive relationships between dentists and their patients. “We wanted to break away from tired, old ideas of communication and set a standard for quality consumer interaction by introducing intelligent, permission-based marketing to prospective and existing patients of dentists,” says James Hague, head of lead conversion, ApexHub.
